New Features available on the VanCert System

We are happy to report some new features available on the VanCert system. As always, we are constantly working to improve the system and release more advanced features to benefit our users, helping you to run your business more efficiently and saving you time and money.

Some new features are:

Internal Messaging

When sending messages to your engineers, you will now be able to clearly see which of your engineers have received the message. Engineers are forced to read the message before continuing with their work anyway, but now you will be able to keep track of who has received and read the message in real time.

Improved PACs (Public Access Codes)

Each job you do has a unique PAC, which can be shared with your customers before or after a job is complete.

Administrators and engineers can send the PACs to your customers by email or text, providing them with a link to a unique page displaying information about their job. As soon as the job is completed, all documents and photos will be immediately available for them to view and download.

Impress your clients:

You can share PACs for multiple jobs by downloading a job report for a particular client, which will contain live links for their jobs in either PDF or Spreadsheet format.

This will allow them to keep track of all of their jobs, and access their documentation as soon as the jobs are completed.
