All organisations need insight into their operations, and the larger the organisation, the more of a challenge it is to keep track of all of the visits taking place in the field, problematic jobs, engineer performance etc.
That's why we're releasing a series of KPI reports (Key Performance Indicators) to add value and insight for our customers, allowing you to analyse your data, act quicker on issues which arise and ultimately boost efficiency and save money.
The first KPI report to become available is the Multiple Visit Report, which is designed to help you to easily identify and deal with problematic jobs which require multiple visits and eat up valuable resources.
Using the search parameters, the report will display properties which have been visited in a set time frame, displaying the properties visited the most at the top.
You will see a breakdown of visit type along with which boiler is at the property, allowing you to quickly identify problematic appliances.
You can print or download this data in CSV format, and you can also drill down further by clicking on any number in the table to view a list of the visits and key information such as date, engineer, instructions and engineer notes.
Furthermore you can filter the columns to immediately identify which properties have active visits in order to escalate the matter to management or contact the allocated engineer to deal with the matter appropriately.
Drill down into any of these numbers to see a summary of the visits. Print, export, or drill down into the data further.
Fix Rate Summary – From the Multiple Visit Report, you can drill down further into the data to get a valuable summary of your first time fix rate, and a breakdown of what percentage of jobs are solved second, third, fourth time etc.
