That's why we're releasing a series of KPI reports (Key Performance Indicators) to add value and insight for our customers, allowing you to analyse your data, act quicker on issues which arise and ultimately boost efficiency and save money.
The first KPI report to become available is the Multiple Visit Report, which is designed to help you to easily identify and deal with problematic jobs which require multiple visits and eat up valuable resources.
Using the search parameters, the report will display properties which have been visited in a set time frame, displaying the properties visited the most at the top.
You will see a breakdown of visit type along with which boiler is at the property, allowing you to quickly identify problematic appliances.
